ok, I have just invested in an internet provider. well, the rep came over and told me that it will not connect to direct. so I went and bought a router, direct still tells me that i do not have a telephone hook up? I can"t watch my on demand and my genie is not going to work without the internet. what should I do now? I dont want to pay for something that I am not using. ya no? please help
