Sorry, but by "client" do you mean the ap on her phone/Ipad?  If so, then yes she has it working on her Ipad.  If you mean the source where I originally set up the GenieGO, then no that was my computer.   I can ask her to just go through the entire set up procedure on her computer if you think that might allow me to remote access.  Thanks
