119 has lots of programming, although most people don't need it. Many ethnic channels, some music and religious channels also. And there are several cities where 119 carries the SD locals.
An HD dish (slimline 3) will see 99, 101 and 103. A slimine 5 will see 99, 101,103,110 and 119.
110 only carries programming for Puerto Rico.
