Re: Trying to stream a TV show (e.g. Hill Street Blues among others) I get "We're sorry, an unknown error has occurred. Please go back to the previous page and try again."  Try again gives the same thing.

I have a MacPro OSX 10.9.  Streaming from Netflix is spotty.  I can watch previous episodes of Crossbones, and a lot of things let me record a series to my DVR, but this is different.  All the sows giving the message above will open a screen as if to play, then give that message.  These all show the Hulu logo in the lower right corner.
