You are aware that in the beginning Dtv was a "self-service/do-it-yourself" service and people who had an actual technical issue that couldn't be fixed by basic troubleshooting would call in. Being with us for 10 years is phenomenal, however, dtv does have services in place that ensure a covered service call. Such as Protection plan or Protection plan premier that helps get your flat screen tv's and computers fixed for mechanical issues. We also have a technical help site that a consumer can use to troubleshoot their issue to resolve it on your own. By all means we at dtv are more than willing to help you, but, you must put forth the effort to resolve the issue as well.
