Yeah I already did and demanded they give me a $4.99 credit card refund and she said she would (as opposed to an account credit). The credit card refund wouldn't happen and I received via email today that the DTV rep said DTV can only issue credit card refunds if over $100. This is a lie I know because they have made mistakes before and when I insisted on a credit card refund they did it. Obviously $4.99 isn't a big deal but it's just the time and hassle and deceptive practices that get to me (something similar happened twice before on my bill and it just gives off an aura of: "let's see what we can bill the customer and see if he/she will just go ahead and pay it and not say anything"). My two years is up at the end of the year and I will seriously look for alternatives. I really really wanted to like DTV.
