Genie (Master) is HR44-700
I've
- Reset both non-working units, with red button AND plug
- Used a spare (new) HDMI cable
- Tried alternate HDMI ports for both (including verifying that TV can receive HDMI signal by hooking up my laptop)
- Verified that the HMDI input selected is the one being used (about 15 times each tv)
- Checked outdoor satellite set-up, no damage or unplugged cords
- Unplugged satellite power device and restarted
- I have no component cables to try with it so I can't check that
- There is no other equipment hooked to any of the tvs
All the while, the mini genie upstairs continues to receive programming. I called tech support and after 1h 6m on the phone i was disconnected when I was trying to get the tv off the wall. Of course they didn't call back and I just didn't have the heart for the 18 minute hold time to get someone on the line again.
I've enclosed photos of the Genie (master) setup
I may ask the folks at Reddit for their opinion as well. The tech service couldn't tell me much once we established that the inputs were correct.
