I called D.TV several months ago about remote problems. Called again 9/18/14 and was told that it is not a problem with the remotes but it is a problem with the Genie Equipment. Engineers are working on it but have no idea what the problem is or when it will be fixed. THIS IS NOT A SATIFACTORY ANSWER. I pay over $200 for Internet, Telephone, TV and feel I should be able to watch my programs with proper working Genie.
