I have had DirectTV sine July and have not been able to use the OnDemand or App features as my Genie will not connect to my Xfinity Internet.
When DirectTV was installed the technician could not establish a connection. We have followed up with DirectTV and Comcast; both companies have told us that it is the other companies problem. We have yet to get any answers on how to fix the problem short from changing our internet to AT&T. My Internet modem is an ARRIS model TG862G/CT.
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.
