Re: on-demand sound cuts out

Glad the pause thing is helping people while we all suffer through this. I'm not sure what has me more disappointed; the fact that directv hasn't fixed this yet or the fact that they keep lying about it to their loyal customers. It's so easy to blame a 3rd party (ISP) for a problem to get you off the phone but the logic behind even suggesting that is flawed. It's a digital file and even if it's slow transferring to your box it would still get there eventually in its entirety. 

 

I really expect more from directv and broken/flawed on demand content just isn't acceptable for THIS LONG considering the money we shell out monthly for service.
