I have called technical "support" countless times in the last three weeks to a month and although I was told this problem is occurring system wide that they have no date when it will be fixed, no replacements of equipment, no refunds, ect.
The problem is that certain aspects of the whole home internet service are not working for a lot of customers. For instance, after pressing menu, and go to my DirecTV, there is nothing listed on the right side that is supposed to be filled with all of these programs I'm going to love to watch. Back out and go to search and browse after clicking on TV Shows and Movies is the pop up to wait for an hour and check back in an hour and there will be loads of stuff to watch...B.S. Nothing. Its been going for a month now with no predicted date when things will be fixed.
Now I know I'm not the only one having these problems because the tech that talked with me the last time I talked with them said he was suffering from the same problems. So MAYBE if everyone experiencing this would call in or at least post here maybe we could get this problem fixed.
