I have a H21/100 receiver and it has been connected to a whole-home dvr for years. Lately it has gotten disconnected from the home network more and more often and the playlist will not be updated and I get a no data packets error when it finally does work. I have reset both the home receiver and the one with the problem multiple times, sometimes it works for a short time after, sometimes it doesn't make any difference. I am wondering why it has just started getting worse and worse in the past few months and we have not changed our setup at all. We have an ethernet connection. Also, the receiver is set up just as it was when we first got it installed, and I have made sure everything is securely connected many times. Besides waiting for my device to reset for 15min every time this happens, (which has been over 10 times already today, and i have only been able to watch 3 min of a show without it freezing and giving me errors for the past hour) is there another fix that I can do without having to make an appointment for someone to come out? This is KILLING ME! Thank you in advance!
