For some reason I am suddenly having issues with HBO On Demand, specifically with Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire and have had this issue with other on demand shows in the past. I watched seasons 1-3 of Game of Thrones with few issues, and now all of a sudden every time I try to watch en episode of season 4 it tells me that my internet connection is too slow, that my program was not recorded, that my pay per view selection is no longer available for purchase and a variety of other error messages. This has been going on for over a week now. I've also had the same problems with seasons 4 and 5 of Boardwalk Empire for several weeks now.
I spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. Not sure why I am paying for TV I can't even watch. They told me there is no "known" issue. Clearly that is not true since I have seen numerous posts about the problem in the few minutes I have been on this discussion board. Absolutely ridiculous.
