Yes you need to have that channel in your package to get its On Demand channel but since CBS is in the Local channels that is usually bundled with the DTV packages you should have it unless you have a THR22 with doesn't have Local On Demand channels.
That episode will probably be on the CBS website in a few days for watching on a computer or other devices.
