I am aware that anchor point & other devices are needed to comply with OSHA ... BUT ... he took my gift, leaving me with the impression that he had what he needed EXCEPT for the harness & lanyard !!! Don't know how he ever expects to use it ... probably gonna wind up on eBay ...
