I am experiencing the same thing. I called tech support CSR about it but they, of course, were very UNHELPFUL and didn't even acknowledge the problem. This indeed happened during the most recent software update - some programmer not doing their job(s) correctly. LOL
Hopefully they will issue a fix ASAP as this is very annoying - especially with over 400 episodes of a series on there that we are trying to watch in order from oldest to newest.
