Thanks you for your suggestion. My wife tried doing this with "her" shows
last night (i.e., deleting them all from Genie series manager, and then
programming them using the Guide and clicking R twice). I'm actually
feeling optimistic for the first time in days! I just checked "her" shows
on the To Do List and for the first time it does actually show all future
episodes for the next two weeks paired with the correct channel. So maybe
it is catching up like you say.
I begged the installer not to leave until we tested all the functions, but
because it takes 24 hours for the software to load, we couldn't do this.
I'm tired of the DirectTV reps and tech support telling me it's just me,
and acting like I'm the only customer having problems with the Genie Series
Manager.
