You are right, in some ways. Ask to speak to a retention specialist. They can put it in the notes, only if a technician comes out. They will tell you they cant several times. I went through this and finally got one of them to agree to my demands.

for probably most customers who are using one or 2 boxes the HR34 is just fine, but for those with many clients, the HR44 is much better suited to handle the type of load that requires.
