I just got off the phone w/ Directv customer service. They gave me a credit of $5 off my HBO/Starz/Cinemax/Showtime for 6 months and $5 off my bill for 12 months.
There is no time frame for a resolution and if fact the issue hasn't even been identified yet. Once the issue has been identified Directv will still need to do a software update and further testing.
This one could take awhile to resolve.
