I need complete listing of ALL the channels I receive that is printable or a PDF . I have a HR24/500 receiver. Under Menu; Settings & Help; Favorite Channels, Channels I Get at very top is the title "All Channels & Channels I Get" "736 Channels I Get/813 Total".
Then it reads "Listed below are all available channels. The channels you receive are marked. Use numbers keys to jump to channel."
The channel lineup under packages is not COMPLETE - it gave me 223 channels . The program guide is not printable and I am done searching for this . I have asked three different phone reps for this. They say I will email it to you and not one has been received
Can anyone point me in another direction? Or reply that you have what I want and I will send you my email address.
