For my install in November, I got 3 c41w clients and an HR34. I got 4 RC66x remotes. The remotes absolutely stink with the clients, slow to respond, freezing and sometimes just stop working. Should I have gotten different remotes with the c41w. DTV wants to charge me $38 per remote to replace.
Well DTV said I can buy RC71. Don't even know why, as a new customer I got the HR34 instead of the HR44. Which there was other providers in my area.
When I called they Basically said too bad so sad. Too bad I'm early in my 2 year contract
