we have had the HR44 Genie for almost a year and just about a week ago we are now experiencing extremely slow response times and lag in all interface areas. I have tried the normal reset multiple times. I also just called Tech support. After going through the normal qualifying questions, I was told that with the recent upgrade there are multiple people with the same problem. However, the last upgrade shown is from middle of December, of which it has been working fine. The tech support individual indicated that was the last real software upgrade but that there can be updates to this software that are not indicated on the date shown. He said that they are aware of the issue and there is no real update be can give other than they are working on it. Is everyone having this same issue? I feel like it was a response just to shoo me away. our mini genie clients are working just fine and a lot faster. Any help or feedback is appreciated.
