All local tv stations are streamed over a fiber network to Directv and Dish to there uplink centers. Directv has a uplink center in Mesa, AZ and Dish has one in Cheyenne, WY. So there will be glitches from time to time with their local station streams. All Sat and Cable systems have this local station problem from time to time. You just have to wait for them to find and fix the network problem.
