Not sure what you consider slow. Even with a fast connection, most one hour HD programs will take maybe up to 50 minutes to download. Try this. Clear any pending downloads and open your guide to channel 1239 and select a one hour music program to download. Don't choose the watch now option. Keep track of the download time. Anything less than an hour is good. Keep in mind that on occasion some channels will run slow, I assume because the server is very busy.
