Re: The caller ID on my new Genie shows all calls UNAVAILABLE unless I RESET the reciever. Then it shows the name and number of who is calling for a couple hours and it's back to UNAVAILABLE again.Can someone help please? Thank You.

You're ignoring the posts by two folks who have been manning the forum for several years.  Caller ID has always been hit or miss on some setups and the phone rep that told you to check back was simply putting you off.  Personally I think having the software to handle the large variety of phone system available is a chore that the Directv equipment simply can't handle.
