Technician installed services last Tuesday and by Friday I was receiving the 775 error. I showed him the SWiM ODU I brought with me from my house and he said I no longer needed it since I'm in an MDU. Services worked just fine and I watched TV from Tuesday around 2:30pm when he installed and even Friday morning saw the news. Came home Friday afternoon, turned on DirecTV and received the 775 code. Technicians in area are unreliable about setting up appointments and charge extra for visits because they are no affiliated with DirecTV and do not honor the protection plan. I can't afford to miss work anymore (have missed twice waiting for installation with no shows) so I need to try to trouble shoot this myself. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
