eyeconnect allows my macbook to be seen using UPnP via wifi. it is not working with my iMac Eyeconnect has discontuned supporting this any more. I was wondering if media share works with wifi UPnP

Yes all SWM LNBs need a power inserter to power it and it is usually located inside as it is not weatherproof and yes it connects to the red power pass though port on the SWM splitter.

First thing to try is resetting your DVR/Receiver using the red button behind the front panel access card door. See if that helps. ( on side panel on H25 receivers).

Try a red button reset behind the access card door and yes all HR24s have built in DECA and do not see why that would cause any problems with On Demand.
