First thing to try is resetting your DVR/Receiver using the red button behind the front panel access card door. See if that helps. ( on side panel on H25 receivers

DVR not recording whole show?

Thanks for the suggestion.  I did reset the router multiple times last night, but I will try to restore the defaults on the receiver tonight and report back. Thanks again
