Just plain old broadcasts.  46 of one series downloaded last week—the 2 that showed this week have been preparing for 2 days, and not one thing has downloaded.  All three lights are on and blue.

Even if replacement or service call is setup  time for this it is normal no matter who you ask. Just saying. But hopefully I answered your original question about getting new case manager.

Just great.  A couple issues came up, but Directv has been great with them.  I currently have it running on my PC, my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, both running Jellybean.

Could not be played successfully

I'm using Windows Media Player on my computer, and when I try to play a song or picture I get the message that it could not be played successfully.

771 Signal Loss... can't figure it out.

Currently, all my receivers are showing 771 Signal Loss errors - 1 HR24 and 2 H21's.  Maybe it's a strange coincidence but I unplugged some cabling this morning from the splitter to move some wiring...

Yes, you pay weather leased or own. Sure, you "upgrade" the Genie mini to a D12, but DirecTV would not give a "credit" for the mini.  you still might have to lease one from them for $69.00 one time...

II'm having the same issue. I thought it was because the show was still recording. Recorded shows all have the slider button but  a live show that has not finished recording does not have the sliders.

Hmm, that is "weird" as the 10.0 IP address range has been "recognized" as private IP addresses since 1996 by the IANA http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1918
