If you are receiving a signal on both tuners then you have the correct coaxes connected already. You are using the HDMI or component cable(s) to the TV?

You need to use the two cables that are connected to your satellite dish. Were you properly receiving HD channels before you switched TVs?

I have the same issue. It worked on my IPhone for several months. Now it does not. I tried resolving this with tech support several times. Nobody has been able to fix this. A hard reset did not work.

There are no SD channels beamed from 103ºW. That includes JLTV. I think you're confusing 103ºW with 119ºW. There are few SD channels that are still beamed from 119º, and JLTV might be one of those....
