I record the show and after 5 or 10 min of watching it goes to the channel on was on before turning on on demand..

I deleted all the recordings....i open the front of the box and pushed the reset button.Turned it off and then back on.I believe wireless internet.charter with speed of 33.24No mad men....this has not...
