If I were even a tiny bit on the fence about staying with DirecTV - you and your arrogant attitude pushed me off.

Billing?  Where did I discuss billing?

I had my DVR fail and DirecTV said it would be 7 to 10 business days to replace it.

In the mean time I would just do without.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told, yes, that IS how we treat existing customers.

 

Yet if I were a Charter customer converting to DirecTV, a van would come screeching to a halt in my driveway before I got off the phone.
