what I've found to work, and have been told.. if you clear all cache and cookies from the browser, uninstall the DIRECTV player and Adobe Flash Player. Then delete all DIRECTV/DTV files from the location: C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\ Then reinstall both. After the download completes, you will need to close all Browsing Windows. It would be best to restart the computer to allow it to reconfigure the downloads. Then open a fresh Browsing Window,
