It would be the same if you had/have dish, catv, etc.. Technical stuff like this, when a dish moves, is not something that most homeowner(s) would know what to do. Since you do not know what a LNB or SWM is, pick up the phone and schedule an appointment.
It would cost you more to walk away from the contract, then it would to have a tech visit, to correct what ever is wrong. Unless you have something to hide.
