I have 2 dvr receivers that have been working fine in a connected network. The newer receiver, an HR334/700, used to display caller ID but stopped doing so after 7/1/2014. Caller ID is still working on my older receiver. The last software update on the HR34 was 6/12/2014. Nothing has changed regarding my land line phone service or equipment. I tried resetting the receiver. I disconnected and reconnected the phone line. I went into settings and toggled the caller ID notifications off and back on again. The last entry on the caller ID log was 7/1/2014. I went through and deleted the 25 calls in the log. None of this has brought the caller ID back. What else can I try? Thanks
