Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If your receiver continues to show errors even if it repairs them eventually, call 800 531-5000, hit 0 to get to operator and ask for tech support.If its w/in 90 days of install service or replacement is free, otherwise $7.99 for Protection Plan (first mo. free) gets you free SVC calls and upgrades every 2yrs, or a straight $49.95 for a SVC call.
